I was very pleased with this hotel. Compared with other options near JFK, comfort inn was way above others, including famous brand hotels. The room was modernized, and a/c system is superb. Staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is excellent, and the driver is super friendly. And coffee is available 24hrs.

I loved the soft sheets and comfortable beds. The room was a tight squeeze for 4 people with bags. Tea and coffee were available at any time. The shuttle to and from the airport was the deciding factor.

I think we chose this place because it was close to the airport, offered free shuttle every hour, and the cost was more reasonable than other nearby competitors. The free breakfast was pretty good - I really liked the blueberry muffin that we got in one of our packets. Overall, the place is worth the value.
