I went for one night to see the westfields mall for retail.
I went for one night to see the westfields mall for retail. I didn't realise that the whole of NJ is BYOB at all restaurants. My colleague had to walk to a bottle store to get some beers to have at dinner. There are two major highways - so we couldn't walk anywhere and had to take a cab to go anywhere.

Paramus is a great location for visiting the local area and even for going into NYC. It has 3 malls, including, I think one of the largest in NJ. It has plenty of convenience stores / gas stations. You do have to know your way around a bit especially around the convergence of Routes 4 and 17, but its central location and plenty of bus routes and even train availability into NYC make it the perfect place for a short stay. There are plenty of fast / semi-fast / and nice dining in the area as well. Again - you do have to know where to go - but I'm thinking that Trip Advisor and Yelp can be helpful with that. Van Saun Park is great for the kiddies all year long!

Bathroom was not designed well.
Bathroom was not designed well. Very little space for the counter. Staff didn’t care much when asked where the ice machine was located. I had to come back and ask more for getting a clarification. I was told 11 am is the check out time and it is strictly enforced when I mentioned about my flight being in the night. I wanted upto 12 pm instead of 11am.

Hi
I have booked this hotel for two nights on the basis of the room details (King room: 1 twin bed, 2 full beds, and 1 king bed) according to your data which suits my family
Surprisingly, at the time of checking-in I found the rooms in this hotel were whether one king bed only or twin beds which made me enforced to check out the day after so I lost one-night due to false info.
Therefore, I request you to refund one night at least from this booking as this was your fault in showing incorrect room specification
The hotel is nicely renovated (rooms, lobby, breakfast section). It was spotless, good breakfast, close to the highway (easy to get to a park and ride if you have a car). I have to mention the amazing service we received when cheking in. We were quite a bit earlier than chek-in time, but the lady on duty (sorry I did not notice her name) was incredibly nice and gave us a room anyway. This is definitely an hotel we'll go back to when visiting NYC. A+++++
This is a nice place and mainly clean place to stay. Friendly staff. I had issues with hairdryer and it was fixed while eating breakfast. Breakfast wasnt extra large. But had its badic items, eggs. Sausage and waffle machine. Bagels, toasts and yogurt and some other cold items. More food than some other hotels that I stayed i , that have none. Red Lobster restaurant is right in front of the hotel.
All of the hotel staff with whom we interacted was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the small store that is located in the lobby as well as the restaurant that is attached to the property. The location was great for us, it's right next to a mall and there are multiple entrances and exits which give flexibility on where to go.
I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and this one still topped it off. Staff is nice, cleaning service is good. Have amenities that are clean and up to date for the most part. Great location for food and entertainment nearby. Very safe zone for kids and elderly. Rooms are quite and never heard anyone next to me. Wifi is fast.
The staff was absolutely fabulous. Super friendly but not annoying. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Alex from 3rd shift was helpful with our questions and we had a ton regarding the area. I wanna rent a room just to nap in ( I am a mom of four) the beds are LIKE MARSHMALLOWS and the vibe is extra relaxing !
Clean and front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially mr Venkat - very courteous and warm. Will out of his way to show you around the area and help you out with food. Truly a gem. Property is clean.
New, modern, comfortable hotel. Interieur beautiful, room very nice, breakfast room great. Breakfast lady was absolute perfect! She cared for every detail! Wonderful stay, thank you so much!
Good location. Easy to get to. Within the Mall area. Fabulous coffee close by at Stewart Leonards Farm Shop in Paramus Park Mal. Staff were all lovely, good choices for breakfast
The location works great for me with Midland Ave just down the road and the parkway right there. I have stayed here a few times now and over all it has been a satisfactory stay.
The room was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We just wish the price was lower, that the Bistro was open for lunch, and that the menu offered more choices.
