Comfortable and spacious 2 floor contemporary home consisting of 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with private entrance to bathroom). Both bedrooms on 2nd floor which include the master bedroom have sliding glass doors that lead to their own balcony. Parking on driveway fits up to 5 cars included. Private hot tub on outside deck for 4-6 guests available from April to end of September. Pets allowed with prior approval. 30 dollars per pet per stay. Guests are responsible for damages caused by guests or pets. Thank you. This private and safe gated community includes 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, (Available from Memorial Day until Labor Day for a small fee 12 per guests 3yrs old and above, free for guests 2yrs old and under. Charge is made by community and only for days that guests decide to take advantage of Community pools and lakes.Payment can be made at Pool and Lake entrances by cash or charge. Community miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, multiple playgrounds. and dog run are Free.
I'm a Captain in a career Fire Department. I was born in Rio Piedras, PR and raised in New Jersey. I visit PR occasionally since it is where much of my family resides and my birth place which I love. I like water sports, swimming pools, and sports cars. I won’t be physically available as I don’t live nearby, but I am always available through the Airbnb platform.
This gated community offers access to 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds. Go shopping at the outlets before skiing or paddle boating. Visit any of the many restaraunts or tobacco depots just 5-10 minutes away. Dollar store is about 3 minutes away and Shop Rite grocery and Liquor is less than 10 minutes away.
