Congress Avenue, downtown, Town Lake, Zilker park, the airport, and more. Our location is ideal for all the major festivals, including ACL, SXSW & COTA. Our loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private fenced backyard with chairs, a table, and a hammock for relaxing during the day. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a walk-in closet and a desk for working with high-speed wifi. The open living/dining area is perfect for cooking while watching a movie or chatting with friends, with bar-top seating for two. But don't just take our word for it. Past guests have raved about their experiences, with one calling us "one of the cleanest, most well-equipped, and best-decorated stays we've ever had." Another guest described our loft as "super well-planned out space" with high-quality appliances and comfortable furniture. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding). 2- bed. 3- Waste bags. 4- Leash. 5- Food/ water bowls. 6- Towels (please use the grey ones for your pet). 7- Treats (availability isn't guaranteed). c- Dogs must be crated if you are away. d- Pets are not allowed in bed. There is a couch cover in the TV console if needed for your pet. - Security cameras are present around the exterior of the property. - Candles aren't allowed. - For stays that are 28 days or longer, a background check and a lease agreement might be required Finally, I live on the property and would love to help with anything you need.
