It was a place to sleep the room was freshly painted but ceiling was not finished the beds were comfortable

눉The look of the outside and the elevator didn't have a sensor, so when we went in the elevator almost closed on us.

눉The outside paint on the building is disappointing we live in sunny Florida you think it would be painted a brighter color. the stucco is cracked the walk ways to the rooms are chipped and faded. Missing button in one elevator another guest had to go to the third floor then take the stairs to the second floor. Was only allowed to have one car in parking lot per room. The front desk manager told my co worker to park off premises (maybe if you go next door to our competition they might work something out with you to park on their property) this makes no sense since each night we were there, there were at least 12 spots available on your property.

눉The toilet in room 411 was terribly noisy when flushed. Acted as though some of the plumbing wasn't properly installed. The outside of the refrigerator was very dirty - inside was clean. Other than that, the room was fine. Beds were comfortable.

눉They should be clearer about there nonsmoking policies. They told us if we smoke on the balcony it will cost us $250 and then I walked around the corner from going to the back fence to smoke and find two of their employees standing on the third floor smoking

눉We were not told there was a gymnastics tournament going on. The pool was full of children who were unattended and not wearing diapers for swimming so some let loose in the pool which we could not use then. Obviously there was no restriction on how many could be in a room. We had adults and 5 children above us . They ran around the room screaming,,jumping, so we could not rest for our getaway. We left and ended up loosing our money for one night. We left before check out time. They probably re-rented the room because the cleaning staff asked if we were leaving and told the desk. I would have expected them to offer a part of the room rate but the desk clerk said she was sorry . They could have re-rented the room. I live in a 55 and over senior park and will recommend anyone else not go there. Please make a policy to advise future guests about activities which may hinder enjoyment by other guests(such as the gym tournament). The facility was not as clean as the pictures on line showed. Disappointed does not cover my feelings!!!!

눉We had trouble at check-in. We were told we would be on ground floor. I said I had requested a room on a higher floor. She kept arguing with me that I requested the ground floor. After going back and forth,I finally said "listen,I booked a quiet room, oceanfront,higher floor and that's what I want." I understand this is based on availabilty,but this hotel was by no means full. We did finally get a nice room on the top floor,but it was a struggle to get there. Pool was not as nice as I would like,discolored or dirty,I couldn't tell which,NO working shower. They use two buckets of water near it....never saw them change the water.

눉The cleanliness of the room was sub par for the money. Dirty or lack of utensils and pots and pans. The carpet changed the color of my socks it was so dirty with coins and small trash on the floor all throughout the room.
