we did not have breakfast. The beds were immaculate as well as the bathroom and room in general . The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well.

United States of AmericaReally nice room and super clean. The location couldn't be better if your destination is St. Bonaventure. We were able to leave the car in the parking lot and walk across the street to the basketball game.
United States of AmericaThe suite was beautiful. It had a comfortable king bed, two TVs with several streaming options. I loved the walk in shower and spacious bathroom. We could not hear anyone stomping around above us. We would definitely stay here again.
