Been here before and will conitnue to choose this hotel. Not only is it a beautiful, cozy hotel...the staff are awesome. Tess at the front desk is always bubbly and very helpful....as well as the other staff. A plus for us was having a MICROWAVE in the room👍👍👍

Location was good if you don't mind listening to the train signals at times. Luckily, no train sounds while sleeping. Quiet and clean room. I liked the option to buy food at the small bistro.

We had a good stay for my birthday. The receptionists were very helpful from our check in at 4pm on August 29 till our check out. Special thanks to Tess at the reception who was very helpful answering our questions! Great service, would recommend.

Excellent location to the downtown area, about a 12 minute walk from hotel. We were given a handicapped room so there was lots of extra space in the bathroom! The provided shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, we did have a small fridge which was a nice surprise! The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well!

The property had a new feel to it. The room was very comfortable. Though we arrived at 12:30am, there was a pleasant staff member there to greet us and check us in. It is located in the very charming historic downtown area of Santa Rosa.
