The whole group will enjoy this newly renovated, cozy, and inviting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home centrally located in Beverly Hills, Florida. Easy access to everything! Short drive to Rainbow Springs, Crystal River, and Inverness. Whether you enjoy scalloping, boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming with the manatees, or just relaxing - There is something for everyone. Bring up to 6 guests! Other things to note: **Pets are not allowed **No smoking or vaping inside home Thank you for choosing our home! We have put a lot of hard work and effort into this beautiful home - We ask that you treat it the same as you would your own, and leave it the way you found it. What to expect when you Check-In: * You will receive a code to enter the home on the day of arrival * There is a 2 car driveway available to use during your stay To make your stay comfy and convenient, we have added some of the comforts of home: * Pots, pans, cookware, utensils, coffee pot, toaster oven/air fryer, plates, bowls and more! * Smart TV * Free Wi-Fi (password on the refrigerator) * Basic Toiletries (hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, soap, travel size shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/body lotion) When you Check-Out: * At checkout, please put all used towels in the bathtub * Please ensure the home is just as you found it * Please make sure all lights are off when leaving * Please make sure both front and back door are locked * Please checkout promptly, as we need to prepare for the next guest and clean the home We hope you enjoy your stay.
