Distressed building. Our air was ok. Lots of repairs needed. Rusty steps. Peeling paint doors that stick, dirty carpet, poor quality breakfast, messy office, should I go on? Good location. Could be much nicer with money and effort. The office could be fixed with no money. If it's going to be that much of a mess, shut the door.

the motel was inexpensive but the room was clean,warm and the breakfast hit the spot. 30 mins from Magee marsh and lots of other birding hotspots. if trying to find food while staying i would say to avoid the "iron skillet" nearby you can do better. That was awesome and cut a lot of rerouted travel off of my routes.
