Damage deposit/Incidental hold is $100 per night with a credit card (maximum $500 for any stay over 5 nights).

This is a 100% nonsmoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file.

Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID.
