Wasent a bad experience location great staff friendly
United States of AmericaThey are doing coffee and donuts during Covid but I didn’t partake. The beds were comfy and the jacuzzi was great. Everything was clean. About 10-15 mins from beaches. Parking was easy.
United States of AmericaLocation was perfect, right off the highway and easy to find. The room was spotless and staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was what dreams were made of. I wish all hotel beds were as comfortable as this one was!
United States of AmericaIt was a great find after not being able to get into one of the local waterparks(sold out) with a 2 year old.Clean inside pool and jacuzzi. No hassle check in and out. Courteous staff and great breakfast options.
United States of AmericaThe underground access to self parking was a plus, but of far greater import was the ease of out-of-the-weather access to the Convention Center and the overall prime location of the hotel itself.

United States of AmericaThe staff was very accomodating since I mixed up my arrival dates. I stayed a day early and they cancelled the incorrect date and did not charge me for the next night. I appreciated it and will remember that since I stay in that area frequently

United States of AmericaOverall the value for money was spot on. A few things that were less than pleasant: the pool area was wet (EVERYTHING!). The floor, the chairs, the tables. It was like someone hosed it down. The continental breakfast was about the worst I've ever had. Not a lot of options, especially hot options. And lastly, the cable had very few channels and the pillows were lumpy and all different sizes. I slept well and it was inexpensive.
