Come and experience bayfront living at this amazing 1,440-square-foot townhouse! This wonderful, four-story townhouse offers a fantastic location right on Assawoman Bay, at the end of 94th Street. You are within a mile of great dining options, markets, stores, and the beach. Experience the waters from another point of view when you bring your boat - there is a deeded boat slip as you step out of the deck that can accommodate a boat up to 20 feet! Speaking of the deck, it has waterfront views of the canal, along with an outdoor dining area and a gas griddle. Inside, the great living room offers endless natural light through a big sliding glass door with south exposure. Enjoy beautiful views of the bay from here and on each floor! Spread out comfortably on the sofa and stream your favorite series on the large smart TV after a thrilling day exploring downtown, visiting restaurants, or beachcombing. Be the star of your group by surprising your friends with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, you can also find a stackable washer/dryer, which means you can now pack as light as you would like! When it comes to sleeping arrangements, there is a bedroom on floors two, three, and four. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for added entertainment and the fourth floor features an additional AC split unit. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
