Just two blocks from Lake Tahoe and with a wood-burning fireplace and a modern kitchen, you'll want to make this your permanent home away from home! Enter a world of comfort the minute you walk in the doors. The living room boasts wood walls, hardwood floors, a plush gray couch and ottoman, a rocking chair, a wood-burning fireplace, and deer artwork. The open-floor plan extends to the modern and inviting dining room, which flaunts a table for six under a hanging lamp. The remodeled kitchen is a real showstopper with a gas range and plenty of cupboards filled with all the necessary accoutrements. Grab some fresh produce at the grocery store across the street and whip up a repast worthy of any Michelin-rated chef. Just down the hall you'll find two queen bedrooms, both with wood-paneled walls and plenty of light. The first boasts a wooden headboard, bed bench, and a Persian rug; the second, a purple coverlet, hardwood floors and a desktop computer, with a full white bathroom mere steps away. Bring up to two dogs on vacation with you, for only a 10 dollars per pet, per day fee (with a 40 dollars minimum required). If you want a bit of privacy, head to the third bedroom at the back of the home. Here you'll find a bookshelf filled with tomes, a vintage tennis racquet hanging on a wall, and a platform bed as well as sleeping mats, making this an ideal refuge for a group of close friends, two couples, or even a small family. Another full bath is just around the corner and the outdoor deck is perfect for that morning joe or discussions on where to eat. Kings Beach is a prime spot in North Lake Tahoe. You'll have access to plentiful restaurants as well as a movie theater and a golf course. Of course, the sandy beach is right there and you can rent kayaks and other equipment.
