Title: Cozy, modern day tiny house. This tiny home on a farm in Statesville, NC features 400 square feet of living space, ideally holding 1-2 people. Nestled between Lake Lookout and Lake Norman, it is only 15 minutes away from all major shopping, food, and Historic downtown. It offers a living area and bedroom with a queen size bed, loveseat, Smart TV, and WiFi. If you’d rather not go out, stay home and eat in the the kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The full-size bathroom houses a walk-in shower, and washer & dryer for your convenience. Lastly, sit under the covered front porch and enjoy the country views on this cozy farmhouse property. Note: Check in @ 4, check out @11. Please park in the designated space.
