Its a 8-13 min drive from our hotel to the Biltmore. We have a limited bar down in the lobby area as well as the Montford which is the roof top bar.

Typically we have continental style buffet, but unfortunately during COVID we are restricted to prepackaged items. So, for all guests we have a grab-and-go breakfast included. That includes hot items, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, cereal, etc.

Parking is available at the hotel for $16/night in the garage adjacent to the hotel. If these are full or you have an oversized vehicle, we also have an overflow lot directly across the street. Several Tesla chargers are available as well if needed.

We have computers with free black ink printing available in the lobby. If color printing is needed, it can be requested free of charge at the desk.

Yes, our ADA queen rooms have two queen beds in each.

The city of Asheville requires all parking lots to charge for their parking. Street parking is available at meters and is free overnight, but will begin charging early in the morning and is not guaranteed. It would be within a 5-10 minute walk.

The deposit is equal to room and tax per night for the entirety of a guest stay, it is non-refundable and only taken if the reservation type requires it.

We are a 20-25 minute drive from Asheville Regional Airport.

Yes, we have a $16 parking fee for overnight parking. You can come and go as you please as long as your parking pass is on the dash of your car. Your parking pass will be given at check-in.

In most cases, reservations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance do not require a cancellation fee. Some reservations are booked with an advance purchase deposit, which is forfeited upon cancellation.

Unfortunately our property does not have any rooms with balconies.

The pool is open from 8am to 10pm every day with a current maximum occupancy of 7 people at a time.

We typically do not get road noise complaints for the rooms facing the city instead of the mountains, which is our highway side.

We can only allow ADA approved dogs at our property. No animal can be left alone in the room and if there is any mess or damage, it will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
