As soon as we checked in the gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and courteous. He got us a room facing the city and ocean. I also liked the little food concession stand when you first walk in. very convenient to grab a quick snack or beverage. Housekeeping was very polite and thorough. The valet men were very attentive and kind as well. The inside of the building was very aesthetically designed and clean. Also, the room felt like first class. Would definitely love to return again soon.

We liked the location of the hotel, which is approximately a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica Place (shopping mall), The Promenade, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We literally walked everywhere, even to Target.
