This top floor 2-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Durant Condos are two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area with beautiful views. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and this condo has air conditioning.
