We have a varied amount of floor plans. There are actual pictures. Some furnishings inside have changed some have been renovated but floor plan pretty much the same. Need to call property for clarification

We can set up a ramp at guest request, especially for the motel room section of the property. It is best that guests call to check availablility

We only have 3 bed units, 5 have 1 bedroom, 2 have 2 bedrooms. 3 of the 5 have 2 beds in a bedroom with sleeper couch in living area. 2 have 1 bed in a bedroom and 2 beds in open motel space 2 have a bed in each bedroom and a sleeper couch in living area

There is only 1 king room on the property with 1 king bed. Out of 48 beds on the property it is the only 1

1 motel room had 2 double beds

We only have 4 of our 27 units that allow any animal/pet with extra fees. Must call the property for availability check

The Cottages are sold out for those dates. Of 21 units only 2 are 2 bedroom The motel has space available sleeps 2 to 6, the 3 bed units have a private bedroom. 1 of those units has a kitchenette. Renovated Units available - 2 beds with kitchenettes.

From September 17-20, we are sold out of the 11 Cottages, but we have Motel rooms available in our 10 motel strip. The rooms have 2 full beds. Some of those are available with a Kitchenette. There is no shared hallway, you drive to your outer door.

We have a 2 week cancellation policy. Deposits that secure dates are the full balance of every 1 night stay or 50% of any 2 or more nights stay. Outside of 2 weeks to arrival $25 fee charged the rest of the deposit refunded. Not so 2 wks to arrival.
