You will enjoy Houghton Lake which is 200 feet away from this beautiful, 3 bedroom ranch with open floor plan. Quarter acre lot with plenty of parking for your boat, toys and vehicles. Enjoy your meals in the three season room, watching the sunset over Houghton Lake. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens, towels. Enjoy a bonfire in the large fire pit as you roast marshmallows. Use of two kayaks, a bicycle built for two, are included for guests.
Available by text or call. Host lives next door and responds quickly to questions or needs.
Quiet, safe neighborhood with road end access to Houghton Lake.
