The hotel was beautiful inside. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional. The staff express to us that upper management over books, I feel bad for them, because are actual unit was taken. But they ended up getting us two units which we only had to wait about 30 minutes for.

We requested a new air filter in the room noticing it needed changing and they were prompt to accommodate us. BONUS: Being super tired after an international flight into LAX, we opted to eat at the hotel’s cafe. Normally this would result in a so-so burger or chicken fingers. Instead, the Embassy cafe blew us away with fried rice and The Best orange chicken we’ve ever had - even in multiple Chinatowns.
