This condo is located in an upscale, prestigious & peaceful community just outside downtown Sacramento, also known as North Natomas & minutes from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) & the I5, 50 and 80 Freeway. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & full size washer & dryer in the unit. Wifi / internet & streaming TV is included. All utilities are paid and included in the reservation price. The living room comes with a pull out bed couch. Most of the items in this unit are new or nearly new. Kitchen is stocked with all the things you would need to cook and eat. Food Not Included. There is also a desk work area. There are two flat screen TVs. Comes with your own attached 1 car garage. There is also open parking with permit for one car in the community. The community has a pool and gym for your use. Kids park across the street. Close to UC Davis Medical Center, Mercy Medical Group, Dignity Health, Sutter Medical Center, just to name a few. Easy access to Sacramento International Airport and Freeways.

The tranquil atmosphere is complemented by the convenience of living just moments to highways, downtown and airport. You are minutes form the I5 and 80 Freeway. Your amenities include a clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness center, and an outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Right next door and walking distance you have a Walgreen's, Sandwich Shop, Postal Annex and few other places. Less than a mile away, you will find many of your major fast food and sit down restaurants, along with plenty of places to shop for groceries, Starbucks or clothes, what ever you might need.
