This was a new and very clean hotel. Staffs were friendly and kind. The hotel lets the customer borrow kitchen items like mug cups and plates etc. on the request bases. Downtown Ukiah was only 5 minutes away by car.

We were checked in by the son, home from college and working the summer, who gave us the best front desk customer service I have had in years and was super quick to bring us extra pillows and blanket upon request. We were checked out the next day by mom and dad, and had a nice conversation about their new hotel. If you’re traveling north of Santa Rosa and need a fabulous place to pit stop, Ukiah has a gem!!!
