I loved it all. The staff is exceptional and met all my needs. I was well rested, no noise, very clean, and the food was great. This is really the place to come/be if you are looking for great quality. I thank a certain night staff for listening to me, when I needed it the most. I truly enjoyed my comfortable stay. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel we were looking forward to Denny’s. The Clerk had an Extreme amount of issues happening all at once and she handled it like a trooper she was friendly she smiled did not seem stressed at all she was perfect!!!!

When we arrived there was a lot going on. Lots of flights had been cancelled and the front dest was bombarded with people, calls, etc. Your desk attendant, Angelina, was the best ever. No matter how much chaos was going on all around her, she kept her cool, servicing everyone with a big smile on her face. Even the people calling had to be able to hear in her voice how well prepared and capable she was. If I could rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, she would definetly be a 50. Please let her know that she made a wonderful impression on 4 very weary travelers. If we ever come to Jacksonville again, your hotel will be our Number 1 choice. By the way, this hotel was recommended to us by a frequent cruiser who stays there a lot.

Location was great. Everything you could want is there in the River City area. Overall breakfast was good. One day things were cold, but after that, it was all good. Our first room had an issue and they moved us to a suite for no extra charge. It was wonderful. I would definitely recommend a suite if you are staying more than a day or two.
