The room was very clean. The hotel smelled clean. The breakfast area was also clean.

New, not run down, modern facilities. It was more on the upscale level of a hotel. Beds are very comfortable. That's important when you are tired and want a good night's sleep. Very clean everywhere from the rooms to the breakfast area.
