United States of AmericaHotel was clean, staff was friendly! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was nice and helpful. Valet deserves a special mention! They were slammmed when we were checking out, but brought out cars quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face and made sure to help each individual get loaded in their cars. If they were stressed, they didn’t show it at all. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was hot and prepared perfectly and delivered with care. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants and venues. We would stay here again.

United States of AmericaThere are several things I like about the Fairmont. I like the convenience of the location; it’s central to the things I want to see and do in Dallas. I also like the hotel’s elegance. Yes, it’s an older property, but that’s what gives it charm. Finally, the service is impeccable. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.
United States of Americathe staff was wonderful!! I think the concierge was Pedro—the best personality and service I’ve ever encountered. the young ladies at the bar/cafe were very kind and attentive.

I loved the stylish decor and the aromatherapy was pleasant and noticeable as soon as you walk through the front doors giving you spa vibes. Our room was perfect with a great view of the city. Definitely will stay again and recommend to family and friends when they come into town.

United States of AmericaI was dreading sleeping in a Hotel.. they are always so uncomfortable.. but not yours!!! OMG those are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!!! They were so comfy, and really helped me to relax.. I didn’t want to go home!!!
