NO SMOKING 6 Guests (4 Adults Max) The Family Dreams Condo is situated in Lighthouse Cove on the beautiful Lake Delton with 3rd & 4th floor patios allowing for great views. Ideally located near all of the attractions that the Dells has to offer, this two level, large 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo is perfect for a couples weekend or a family getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated with an updated kitchen, comfortable beds, & Smart TV's for rainy days. This is a beautiful top 2 floors property in Lighthouse Cove. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can use the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 4 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day. Bedroom 1 - King Bed with additional twin bed for use stored in closet, Smart 50" TV, large closet, bath (w/ standup shower, & jetted tub), door to private patio, and pack n' play for use stored in closet. Bedroom 2 - King Bed with additional twin bed for use stored in closet, Smart 50" TV, 2 closets. Family Room - Lots of seating and a 65" Smart TV 3rd & 4th Floor Balconies with chairs for relaxing or chatting. The property has excellent amenities including: - Patios w/ tables and gas grills - Docks (I have one slip, inquire about availability) - Beach (private to Lighthouse Cove that you're able to use while staying) - Tennis & Basketball Court - Indoor & Outdoor Pools w/ hot tubs Nearby Attractions (that we recommend): Noah's Ark - 4 minutes walking Sundara - 3 miles Del-Bar Supper Club - 10 minutes walking Mt. Olympus - 1.3 miles Wisconsin Deer Park - 2 miles
