They charge you $8.00 per night for parking, which you are not informed of until you check in and they take your credit card for “ incidentals “ quite the surprise!
This is a flat, uncovered and unattended lot in suburban Federal Way. Not worth the fee and defiantly will NOT stay here again for the lack of communication and warning in advance!
Major RIP-OFF!

My experience is that crime is expected after discussing the break in of my vehicle another guest told me that he was warned by the hotel staff to not leave anything that might be stolen in his vehicle. I assumed that paying for parking would add some security but I was wrong. The Hotel clerk did provide me with a plastic bag to clean the glass from my smashed passenger side window. My wife and I drove the 270 miles from Federal Way to Spokane without a window.

Proximity of stores and places to eat and dine, movie theater. Tried Panda Express and the food was very good, shopped at Ross, Tjmaxx, target and home goods and found really great merchandise. Bigger selection and variety.

The worst part about the whole experience was the 4000 follow up emails if I choose to do a survey and I say no that’s what I expect I don’t expect to be hit three and four times a day about the same survey that’s the worst experience think about it

Federal Way is a city that has outgrown its infrastructure with a population and business boom. I grew up here, so I was returning to visit family. There are lots of options for shopping, outdoor recreation, and is a good location for easy access to Seattle and Tacoma.

Breakfast was terrible -- cold muffin, dry orange, mediocre coffee and sweetened yoghurt -- no hot breakfast these days.
The bar was congenial. I wish I'd known about the hot tub and pool -- didn't notice these in the Booking.com review so take note! Beds very comfortable, shower decent and very clean everywhere.
Location Location Location!
It is attached to the shopping center with all the famous stores within walking distance. All the famous restaurants and pizza joints are within walking distance.
They have completely renovated the suites. Flooring and bathrooms. It felt as new and updated as those more expensive hotels.
The breakfast was great which included boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, Muffins, donuts, tea, coffee, cereals, juices, waffle maker, milk, fruits, and much more.
Read some bad reviews previously however found it quite safe. There were some shady people in the car park however the hotel had after hours card access only and was busy enough to feel safe. There was also a security car patrolling the car park regularly which seemed to keep the law breakers away. Staff very friendly and personable.
Breakfast was simple, a couple of different options, mainly eafgles and oatmeal , there were also cereal and yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Athwre was a fridge and microwave in the room and the beds were big and comfy. Staff seemed nice.. lots of restaurants and stores near the hotel.
Pristine condition.......I recently stayed at the hotel Murano in a budget deal at $154 a night. This place is way better then that place all day!!
Beautiful is a understatement.
Everything is in perfect order and meticulously placed.
Perfect!!
Rate a 10 all day
The hotel was in a good location close to stores and restaurants. I read several reviews that the beds were uncomfortable, I am very picky about beds and these were fine. A little on the firm side which I like. I slept very comfortably.
Close to everything in a very central location. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will be back on my next visit to Federal way. Thank you very much for making my stay enjoyable.
This was a little past where we booked a room. But we'll worth it. Good breakfast n quiet pool. Just that kids were stomping n playing around til late at night. Other than that it was wonderful it was spotless!
