I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I have rented condos on the island since 2002. We live on the island and are available whenever needed.

Newly updated in 2022, New furniture, beds, appliances and decor. With the ocean off the balcony and the pool outside the front door, this ocean view villa is right in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Steps to the sand and couple blocks from Colingy Plaza's shops, and restaurants as well as the Tiki Hut.The villa features a queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full kitchen.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
