When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and inviting, my room was very clean and comfortable. They offer free coffee in the morning, the location was great. There are a lot of food options and convenience stores near. I enjoyed my stay ,all the staff was super friendly. I plan on visiting Chicago again very soon, and I plan on staying at this hotel again.

United States of AmericaFriendly staff, we had a leaking toilet and they did fix for us in a timely fashion. The lobby area was pleasant to relax and enjoy the complimentary coffee. I would say for a small hotel room, this was very good. A deeper sink, and more counter space would add to the experience.
