Historic charm with modern touches… Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms on 0.69 acres, only 12 min from downtown Asheville. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need for comfortable stay. Open plan living space with full kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with king size bed / motorized head adjustment, bathroom with steam shower/bathtub, second ensuite bedroom/bath with completely separate entrance, but connection through laundry room.
Hospitality is my passion, and I love traveling. Property represents the accommodation I'm looking for during my travels and it was designed and built so for the personal use and for my guests to enjoy. Please treat it as your own :)
The original house was build in 1920s in the small town of Woodfin, bordering a stretch of the French Broad River, with picnic spots, fishing, and kayaking at Woodfin River Park. We fell in love with the area and its diverse nature: artsy and full of surprises from train passing almost daily transporting you back to the early 19th century to the exciting new projects coming up, such as Whitewater Wave for a broad range of kayakers and surfers. It’s an industrial area surrounded by residences with some wonderful neighbors from coffee growers to mechanics and everything in between. We are extremely lucky to be able to acquire this property and preserve its exterior look as much as we could.
