Company info

Hillary took ownership of the inn in 2021, after 20 years of a successful business by the previous owners. She landed in Harbor Country after many years in marketing in Chicago. Hillary loves exploring the area and hearing what guests most enjoy on their visits so that she can share the knowledge of all the Harbor Country Happenings with guests who visit.

Property info

Garden Grove is a secluded bed & breakfast on an acre of Pines and Maples located in the Lake Michigan town of Union Pier. It is conveniently along I-94, 90 minutes from Chicago and close to many popular attractions. Within a mile there are two wine tasting rooms, a brewery, public access to the beach/Lake Michigan, hiking trails, walking paths, a bakery, a deli/convenience store, an ice cream store and a few restaurants. A short drive from the inn you can find downtown New Buffalo, downtown Three Oaks, Warren Dunes, many other beach access points, hiking paths, wineries, breweries, golf courses and more!

Guests love the secluded area where the Inn sits. It feels like a world away, but is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, wine tasting rooms, Seedz Brewery and downtown Union Pier.
