Thanks for asking. Our continental breakfast features a hot waffle maker, 3 kinds of bagels, 3 kinds of cereal, instant oatmeal and grits, muffins, danish, fresh fruit, and yogurt. We offer some microwaveable options on weekdays that include egg rounds or breakfast burritos, or boiled eggs. (There is always a egg product) We also offer microwaveable sausage patties or links or hash browns. On the weekend, we offer a few hot items including biscuits and gravy. Our beverages include 3 kinds of juice, coffee, tea, milk, hot choc or hot cider, and water.

Early check in fee, if available, is $35.00 plus tax.

You will need to also book the night before to ensure the room is clean and available at 5am.

You have until 4pm the day before you arrive to cancel with no fees.

The suites have a sofa sleeper.

That would be fine if you arrive on July 9th. Checkout would also be July 9th at 11am if your reservation was for 1 night. Just let us know if you are arriving after midnight.

We do not have hot tubs.

All of our beds are queen size. The queen double has 2 queen beds. The queen suite has 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa sleeper.
