Hikers can explore the grounds on foot, while birders can marvel at the aviary built by the previous owners. When you're ready to get out and explore the area, you'll be an easy drive from Occidental (four miles), Sebastopol (five miles), Bodega Bay (14 miles), and Healdsburg (18 miles). Whether you spend your time wine-tasting, hiking, cycling, or kayaking the Russian River, you'll find a wonderful spot to unwind at the day's end on the front porch. Take a seat in an Adirondack lounger and open a new bottle of red, rising every now and then to keep an eye on dinner on the Weber gas grill. As new construction, the house is open, polished, and uncluttered. Find every essential in the well-equipped kitchen, ample space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the table, and the perfect spot for after-dinner board games in the living room. Complimentary WiFi and a private laundry room are provided as well. THINGS TO KNOW There is a working artist studio on the property that may be used during the guests' stays.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
