Everyone was fantastic from the parking guys to the bartenders. Actually, the female bartender (sorry don't know name) was funny and enthusiastic as well as a great mixologist! Mary in the restaurant was also exceptional.

Great location & I absolutely loved The Red Stag Grill, the on site restaurant. The whole feel of the hotel room is very Asheville - very cozy. I also found all the staff very accommodating.
