Old historic hotel with a B&B feel. Location was in the heart of town and walking distance to the train depot. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Greeted by two lovely ladies. We had our granddaughter birthday and brought a cake and they were so nice to let us keep the cake in the fridge and celebrate in their cozy family room. We stayed in a room with a loft and TWO bathrooms!!! We had the BEST time! All my GCU coworkers are going to know about this awesome place!!!

Staff reached out to us regarding our arrival time to make sure all was good and at arrival we go to choose our room from those still available. We were given the information we needed on parking, going out for the evening and getting back in after hours.

Wonderful experience at the Grand Canyon Hotel. It was so great to stay in a historical building that captured all of the charm and history of long ago. The owner was so nice and caring, and I really appreciated all the thought that went into the hotel to make it a nice stay. If I am ever in Northern Arizona, I am 100% staying here again!

The hotel has tons of history with being built in 1891!! The staff were so pleasant, hospitable, & overall perfect!

The property is very historic, and it has a lot of charm! Enjoyed getting to see the other rooms that weren’t currently reserved, as each is decorated with a theme.

Great historic hotel with a few quirks like floors not level...Owner was very friendly and accommodating....She made the stay more inviting..

While not modern and up-to-date, this is an historic hotel with lots of character. The staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate. Each room is uniquely decorated. The furnishings and appurtenances are more than adequate. I love this hotel!
