Nice and cozy Hawaiian charmer. The home is situated on almost half an acre, with plenty of room to expand. There is also a mature Banyan Tree positioned on the back of the property. The main entrance is located in the back off of a very large lanai, which makes it perfect for family get-togethers, barbeques, and entertaining. Unlike most areas of Hawaii, Hawaiian Parks subdivision is on Private water. All of this Aloha with just a short bike ride to the big blue Pacific Ocean. Our Hawaiian Tax ID: TA-191-290-5728-01

Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
Any additional older children or adults are charged USD 25 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cash Hale Akule Hawaiian Beaches Cottage accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
A security deposit of USD 500 is required and will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Hale Akule Hawaiian Beaches Cottage of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
