Welcome to my 2,700 sq. ft. house. You get a private bedroom and suite. The suite is in the room next to the bedroom upstairs with a couch, big screen TV, computer desk, refrigerator, and microwave. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, by, the comfy bed, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). There is a huge, covered patio in the back. Free Internet and Netflix. You also have availability in the laundry room with a washer and dryer. If you need more room for food needing refrigeration, you can use some of the space in one of the refrigerators downstairs. Everything will be safe there. (Unless you put in cake or pie then the cats have been known to swipe a little :). There is a huge backyard garden (which you are welcome to weed if you want) and a covered patio to relax on and have a cocktail or a cup of coffee or tea. We also have a grill and smoker you are welcome to use, and a picnic table if you prefer outside dining. There is also a stair lift in case you need help getting upstairs. If you need more coffee, tea, etc., just ask the housekeeper (that would be Mary).

Michael has lived here all of his life and Mary has been here for over 25 years. We would love to show you around the city and can suggest things to do and places to go. We can also let you know about the best places to move to and the places not to. You’re coming at the perfect time to go to the beach down here. We are just 45 minutes from Galveston and other beaches. Here we have almost every kind of food that is delivered. I can let you know the best restaurants to go and eat and the restaurants not to go to. I just hope you love BBQ and/or Seafood. Houston has the best to offer. Here at our house, you won’t have to worry about anything. We take care of almost everything. We have the fastest Wi-Fi you can get in a house (You will have the password before you arrive). You have access to over 400 channels on the big screen in your suite. Breakfast can be available for a fee. But, first, you would have to wake up the chef (that would be Mary) and she hates getting up early. Then she would be grumpy because you woke her up early, so good luck with that. As mentioned before, you have access to the kitchen to make whatever you want.

This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was built around the trees so in the yard there are oak and pine trees that have been here way over 100 years. The house is located on a cul de sac. It is full of Huge trees and the yard has over 12 flower beds.
