Great hotel! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Super close to downtown restaurants and breweries!
United States of AmericaThe location was perfect for anyone having business in downtown Des Moines. Service was great, room was very nice and breakfast was good. Close to good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
United States of AmericaCheck out billed me for parking when we were forced to do valet parking because of your construction problems last summer. I was told I would be reimbursed for the fee, but never was. I waited for 45 minutes for my vehicle one evening and was treated very poorly when I questioned the valet drivers about what was happening.
United States of AmericaMy boyfriend and I had the river view king suite. Bed was comfy. We loved being able to see an unexpected firework viewing over the river! Location was great for our occasion of visiting! Breakfast was pretty decent. Rooms cleanliness was good.

United States of AmericaThe decor! So beautiful! The colors were lovely, the furnishings were outstanding, and someone deserves a commendation for this. The rooms were fresh looking and smelling. I was very comfortable here. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The setup for it was good. The coffee island was across the room from the breakfast buffet, so there was less overcrowding. We reserved 3 rooms and everyone enjoyed everything. The kids enjoyed their pool time, and it was heated! Believe me, this is now our first pick for hotels!
