Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The room,the staff ,the location. I did not need to use my car once. When i did travel, I used Uber. The staff were helpful and so friendly. I have already booked a room for Halloween. Anytime i come to the area I will always stay here. Great job to the people who work here.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed was that we didn't hear noise from other rooms ( such as walking above, flushing toilets). Definitely stay here again. Walk to everything. Parking was great as the garage has access right to the hotel lobby.

The breakfast was exceptional. I've stayed in plenty of places that offer breakfast with your stay, and the Hampton Inn Salem's is a stand out. Their breakfast dining area is very well designed with plenty of booths to allow for a more private space to couples, like us, who don't necessarily want to sit with a crowd of people. The breakfast menu was quite typical (hot and cold options), but the presentation, organization, and variety of offerings made for an exceptional breakfast experience. Even their breakfast pastry (usually my last resort) seemed freshly made, and their coffee delicious!
