All of our needs were met. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a nice store to buy snacks and frozen food items for a quick meal using the microwave in your room. Also had a small fridge.

CanadaStaff were very friendly, particularly Shay who was so helpful at check in. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean. Shopping mall only minutes away. Easy access to beaches, downtown and old town.
IrelandLocation is excellent...in a central area and was able to get to attractions and restaurants in less than 15 mins by car.
Canada- large bedroom - confortable bed - very nice and tasty breakfast - 24hours complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate - nice location - nice gym room - we had been allowed to use the swimming pool and the hot tub of the nearest Hilton (same company), because ours was closed for works.
FranceWe thought the breakfast was really good! Especially since we could take it to go due to our early morning schedules! Oh and the staff serving were very helpful 😉 Also the location was easy to get too.

We had a rental car for 3 days and there was always plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub were some of the best that we have had at a hotel. Towels were well stocked every time we used the pool and the patio area was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly, especially Yolanda. She made us feel very welcomed.
