The staff was AMAZING! I loved my room. It had everything I needed. I enjoyed the decor, ambiance, microwave, refrigerator, couch to lounge, ottoman to rest my feet. The bed was comfortable. The warm cookies in the lobby and complimentary water bottle were a nice surprise and delight. When needed utensils and extra towels, the signage in the bathroom was very helpful and thoughtful to address those needs to help the housekeeping service. When I stopped by the front desk, they were so delightful with providing the items to me with no problem. I didn't feel the rooms were too noisy between guests, elevators didn't take long at all. Perfect location.

Breakfast was very good with hot and cold variety choices. Coffee was excellent. The room was spacious and modern looking as was the bathroom. Nice toiletry products. Staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Later checkout is good.

We were on the fourth floor towards the end of the building. The room size was excellent, exceptionally clean and everything worked in the room! The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
