Everything is so convenient at this hotel. The day we checked out, we asked for the shuttle to the airport but we had just missed it and the next one was in 30 minutes but we were in a rush. The front desk went above and beyond and booked us a taxi free of charge which came in a couple of minutes and we could catch our flight in time. Would absolutely stay here again in future
IndiaThe hotel was great for my one night stay for New Year’s Eve. The hotel was extremely close to all of the restaurant in Rosemont. Also glad they had a parking garage because that lot in front of the hotel was filled.

United States of AmericaBathroom felt like home clean. its the first area that tells you how clean your stay is going to be. the room smelled clean. the mattress was outstanding, bed covers clean, pillows clean & soft. no worries of a "germy" hotel. Breakfast, was good considering the pandemic. Coffee was great especially the half/half.

I called from the airport and when I arrived to the meeting spot the shuttle to the hotel was already waiting for me! The driver was super nice! I arrived at 12:30 instead of 3pm and they let me check in earlier which was nice! The hotel is very clean, the rooms also clean and comfortable. They had hot breakfast, everything with COVID safety measures! There are nice places to eat around. I was really pleased with my stay and would definitely pick the Hampton Inn & Suits Rosemont Chicago again!
