The beautiful front desk clerk took EXCELLENT care of me upon my arrival, after I had to take an UBER, because the rental car location had closed. I LOVED that she had me all ready to just take my key and go right up to my room. EXCELLENCE at its best.

My only critique is one front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, she refused to help us get a room close to our children and refused to let our friends get a late check out, even though moments ago another desk clerk allowed us to.
