It was as expected (and hoped). I like to stay at this brand because I feel it is safe, clean, courteous.

Only stayed one night, left for cruise in the morning. Opted to not use shuttle and parking because it was cheaper elsewhere.

The room was confortable and clean. The bed was good.

The new staff is very nice and efficient. The rooms are super clean and smell clean. The Jacuzzi is very nice. We had breakfast and dinner and it was nice.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire property was well maintained, comfortable rooms, clean facilities and everything was well stocked. There were several good restaurants within walking distance.

Desk was helpful in securing internet while waiting for room to be ready. Desk was helpful in calling a taxi when Uber was very, very frustrating. Taxi came immediately. I liked that market items where available to purchase. This was especially helpful because there are no restaurants on the same side of the street. There is a grill and food onsite

had a restaurant and a bar. there was a stray cat there that was a male cat and he was spraying all the cars.

Easy to find in the lobby but there could have been more seate

clean place, good breakfast options, great shuttle service, easy check in and check out

They had on site resturant and a jacuzzi near the pool
