The location was ideal: in downtown but not in the midst of the crowds just across the freeway. The staff were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

We were welcomed by Murray. He was excellent. Room was clean and hotel in a great location to many great restaurants. Bartender was good and gave great service. We would recommend this hotel. Loved free shuttle service.

room and staff was great!!! i was informed of all fees up front including the parking. this is located downtown Nashville and i expected to have to pay for parking.

Upon arrival Checking on was a breeze, and the staff was friendly!!!

I loved how they were taking extra precautions with people’s health and they clean often . They wear there mask sanitize the rooms and pool amazing experience!!!

I like the fact that they had a pool and a hot tub now it's being a little chilly outside it was nice to get in the pool.

The staff was great and very helpful. The location was nice we were able to walk to a nice dinner and many places in walking distance. There is even a shuttle that will take you to places downtown. Bed was very comfortable and we got a great night sleep.

Room was extremely clean, which is most important to me out of everything that could be offered!

I loved the breakfast and friendly staff! The pool was clean and the hot tub was awesome.

Staff who waited on us at checkin was awesome! Very professional and helpful!!!
