I was really worried about transportation to the hotel from the airport as it was arriving very late into the night, but when I called for the van, the girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) came right away, very friendly and took all bags. Very late yet she was still cheerful and helpful!

United States of AmericaI typically don't write a review for a quick airport stay but I have to commend the staff at this hotel. I came in a night early on 1/25/23 to make an early flight the next day due to a snowstorm. The hotel was very busy with stranded travelers but the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, efficient and calm taking care of a long line of people all by himself. The bartender doing double duty as a waiter in the lounge area was also so welcoming as I needed to order some food before the kitchen closed. It's obvious they are understaffed but these two kept it all moving in a welcoming way for all the stranded travelers. The rooms are basic but clean for a quick stay, but the personnel made the difference.

The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were so sweet too. We will definitely stay here again. Great food and drink prices in restaurant as well.
