Location was great. Building was clean and nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions on things to do and see while there. Room and linens were very nice and big. TV was HUGE with a decent selection of favorite trash tv that we like to watch when traveling. Loved the shower.

When I arrived, the gentleman named Clarence at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. He made sure that I had a room that would not be near the party roof top area due to the noise since I was there for work. I was asked about allergies before being offered a perfectly warm and delicious cookie. The room was very clean. Checkout was a breeze and the lady at the desk, unfortunately i did not get her name, was very nice. I did not have breakfast here only because my work meeting had breakfast brought in for us. I will definitely book at this location again whenever I'm in Charlotte.

A great hotel in a good location. It’s being renovated and I stayed in a renovated room which was comfortable, clean, and considered. The hotel is fine, the rooms are brilliant. The gym was solid. I enjoyed my stay

Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City is the best hotel in the city for your "all-access pass" to all the entertainment and dining experiences. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times to attend concerts, and they have all been within walking distance from the hotel! The hotel is also very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant/room service is excellent! I have always enjoyed my stay there, and I will continue to come back to this hotel when I visit Charlotte again! Thank you!

The location was great and the room size was acceptable. The hotel was neat and was a great place to be. Even the decor was superb. The staff at the reception and the concierge was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we do not remember his name. This place was ideal for me because most of the attractions i wanted to visit were very close walking distance, Nascar museum and museum of illusions and even food outlets.
