My husband and I stayed in the executive room with the balcony facing the bay. Upon entering the room we saw a shoe horn under the dining table. In the bedroom there was a cookie wrapper between the night stand and headboard. We came prepared to wipe everything down. Besides that, I will come back and I have friends who booked the same room for later this month. The view of the bay is beautiful, especially at night.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was very limited due to covid...,It was continental, not a hot buffet. But regarding everything else: Our five day stay was great! The room was very nice & spacious and the beds were very soft and comfortable. Jeannie at the front desk, customer service skills was awesome! She was extremely helpful, and accommodating, both on the phone and in person. All of our concerns were put to ease. Our encounter with all the staff was very positive as well. We would not hesitate to recommend / stay at this location again.

United States of AmericaTraveling during COVID-19 made me nervous but they made me feel a lot of ease. Hotel was clean (looked freshly remodeled). Offered housekeeping to clean the rooms by request only due to COVID-19. Nice breakfast seating area, but breakfast was minimal as I expected with pandemic (limited to muffins, yogurt, and oranges). Would stay here again if needed.
United States of AmericaVery clean! I’m really particular on cleanliness! Pool was very clean, all major areas were clean, I stayed in the executive suite and it was spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The view was gorgeous! I absolutely love it!

United States of AmericaThe only thing that disappointed us was the "breakfast". We travel often by taking weekend trips and usually stay in the hotels like Knights Inn, Hampton Inn, etc. All of those places have a breakfast that consists of pancakes, eggs, cereal, fresh pastries and so forth. This Holiday Inn had coffee, juice, yogurt and packaged muffins which was not what we were used to. Maybe I missed it when I booked the rooms, but for a renovated Holiday Inn it was disappointing. We were at Put-In-Bay for the weekend but our next booking will not be at this hotel.
