Staff was friendly. Allowed me to check in early. Immediately greeted me when arriving. Room was extremely clean and had laundry facility.

There were lots of options: sausage, egg tacos (my husband's term lol), potatoes, cereal yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs.

Bed was very comfortable and I had a great experience there. Anthony at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Reasonable nightly rates. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I live in Michigan and was bringing my son to the airport so I booked this hotel after checking out other nearby options. I've had good experiences at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and opted for this one. Thank you for a nice stay.
United States of AmericaA reliable, predictable quality airport hotel. However, I used it for my stay in Chicago, the price was excellent and 35-40 min drive to/from downtown was not a big deal. There are spacious rooms, many electric outlets, a working table, a sofa, a luggage rack, a big shower, a microwave, tea/coffee in the room, a snack store in the lobby, and an ice dispenser on every floor. The rooms are well insulated from the outside noise coming mostly from the O'Hare runways and aprons. An extra curtain helps keep the bright light out. Free parking is outside the hotel on a first-come-first-served basis.
