United States of AmericaThis was when the canyon fires broke out. Hundreds of people descending on hotel looking for a room. The staff was exceptional! They worked non stop around the clock doing whatever needed to be done. No matter what you were always greeted with a smile, you were treated with kindness and respect. I watched this staff day after day give that same level of service to everyone that walked thru the door. I am a believer in that it’s not about what happened, it’s how you handle it that reflects the true character of a business or person. Well done staff!!!
